How to Set Up TG Macro for Da Hood

Using a macro in Da Hood can make certain movements faster and easier. There are different ways to create a macro, but this guide focuses on using TG Macro because some mouse macro programs may cause lag on low-end computers.

Download TG Macro

First, visit the TG Macro website and scroll down to the download section. Choose the TG Macro Portable version.

Other versions may also work, but the portable version is simple to download and use. After downloading it, open the application to begin creating your macro.

Install Roblox FPS Unlocker

Roblox normally limits the frame rate to 60 frames per second. Roblox FPS Unlocker removes this limit and allows the game to run at a higher frame rate.

The number of frames you receive depends on your computer. A low-end laptop may only reach around 100 FPS, while a powerful gaming computer may reach much higher numbers.

After downloading the FPS unlocker:

  1. Open the downloaded file.
  2. Open the folder inside it.
  3. Run the file named something similar to RBX FPS Unlocker.
  4. Look for its icon in the Windows system tray.
  5. Right-click the icon to view the FPS cap settings.

Setting the FPS cap to “None” allows the game to use the highest frame rate your computer can handle.

Avoid changing the unlock method or other advanced settings. The default hybrid method should remain selected because other methods may carry a greater risk of detection.

Create a Macro in TG Macro

Open TG Macro and delete any existing macro that you do not need. Then select Add New Macro.

Add the following two keyboard actions:

  1. Add a keyboard key action and select the I key.
  2. Save the action.
  3. Add another keyboard key action and select the O key.
  4. Save the second action.

These two keys control the Roblox camera zoom.

Choose a Macro Activation Key

TG Macro provides two main activation options:

Key Hold

The macro runs while you continue holding the selected key. Releasing the key stops it.

Key Toggle

The macro starts when you press the selected key once. You must press the same key again to stop it.

Key Hold is recommended because it gives you better control. You can assign any key you prefer, such as the Q key.

After selecting the activation key, save the macro and press Enable.

You may also load a previously created TG Macro project by opening File → Load Project, then selecting the macro project file and enabling it.

How to Macro in Da Hood

Before using the macro, adjust your camera position. Do not zoom completely into first-person mode and do not zoom all the way out. Your character’s lower body should remain slightly below the screen.

To begin the movement:

  1. Use the greet animation.
  2. Wait until your character’s hand moves toward the head.
  3. Quickly pull out a gun or another item.
  4. Immediately put the item away.
  5. Face the direction you want to move.
  6. Hold the selected macro key.
  7. Press movement keys such as S and Q.

The most important part is timing the item correctly during the greet animation. Once it is set up properly, typing in chat should not normally break the macro.

The same technique can also be used to move backward. Performing the backward movement quickly may help your character travel faster.

Recommended Roblox Settings

For smoother macro movement, enable the low graphics option inside the game.

You should also open the Roblox settings and lower the graphics quality. A graphics level below four is recommended.

Graphics levels one or two may provide the smoothest performance, especially on weaker computers. Higher graphics settings may still work, but they can cause additional lag.
